Clovantis is a strategy consultancy headquartered in Dubai. We help European companies and corporates establish in the GCC and develop across Africa, from the first decision to operations on the ground.
What you send us
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, company, work email, selected engagement and markets, message and contact consent. Please include only information relevant to your enquiry.
Why and how it is processed
We use these details to respond to your enquiry and prepare an engagement if requested. Submitted enquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare database accessible to the Clovantis team. The hosting provider also processes the technical data needed to deliver and protect the website.
Your browser and the assistant
Your language and theme preferences are saved locally in your browser. Assistant conversations and the project brief are saved in session storage. The assistant uses answers prepared for this website; it does not send your conversation to an external AI service. A brief reaches Clovantis only if you choose to submit the contact form. You can reset the conversation or clear browser storage.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your data or add you to a marketing list without separate consent. If your enquiry needs an external specialist, we tell you before sharing it. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twenty-four months. Where an engagement follows, retention depends on the applicable professional and legal obligations.
